I was a little nervous about “remote support” when I called ITX and expressed this to the customer service agent, Toby that answered my call. She explained the whole process and even had a technician address my technical concerns before I was asked for any personal or credit card information. I am now convinced that remote support is the way to go! I was able to see everything my technician was looking at on my PC and even learned a few tricks from the session! They resolved my issues and made sure I was comfortable with the process. ITX is the place to call when you have PC issues!!
