Our certified system analysts are ready to fix your computer on demand, entirely through a secure Internet connection—meaning you don't have to take your computer to a repair shop or schedule a time for someone to come into your home.

How do you provide "Remote Support"?

ITX provides "Remote Support" through a secure program that allows our certified system analysts to view your screen, diagnose your problem, and even take control of the keyboard and mouse to fix the problem directly.

You can choose to start the process by talking directly with a system analysts through our toll-free number. You're always in full control of the online support and can easily view everything the system analyst is doing. You can stop the entire support connection at anytime by pressing just one button.

Yes. All of our support tools and processes were built with DSL or Cable connections in mind.
